Sloan Wilson was admitted as an Attorney in 1981. He is also a qualified Conveyancer. Since 1992 he has specialized in the field of conveyancing and property law.
Sloan heads up the property law and consulting division and assists and advises developers in all types of developments from sectional title schemes to multi-faceted developments (from the outset of the development until the finalization thereof) including the drafting of complex governance documentation relating to developments.
He also advises and assists managing agents, home owners associations and trustees with the management and administration of community schemes and legal issues pertaining thereto. Sloan has lectured extensively on property law topics and has provided training to members of the real estate industry. He is also the author of many articles on conveyancing and property law related topics.

Justine was admitted as an attorney in 2010, as a conveyancer in 2011 and as a notary in 2016.
Justine heads up the conveyancing division and has specialized in conveyancing since she commenced practising and has considerable experience in both general conveyancing (residential property transfers and bond registrations etc) and in property developments including sectional title schemes, gated estates and commercial and industrial developments.
