Once we have the details of the service that you require us to provide, we will, where possible, provide you with an estimate of our charges.

In instances where it is not possible to provide an upfront estimate of our total charge due to the fact that we are not able to determine with any accuracy the time that we will need to spend on assisting you in the matter (for example, when the service required relates to a dispute where the work and time-frames involved will be influenced by the conduct of the parties to the dispute and the action that is required to be taken to resolve the dispute) our charges will be time related (based for example on an hourly rate) and we will provide you with a Fee Agreement setting out exactly how we work when our charges are time related.
